El valle Chicama en Ascope, con suelos fértiles y clima favorable, destaca en la producción de caña de azúcar, representando el 54.15% de la producción nacional en 2015, superando incluso a Brasil. Pese a esta ventaja, la región enfrenta limitaciones tecnológicas y de capacitación, resultando en déficit de mano de obra calificada y brecha tecnológica. Esto impide a los productores adoptar tendencias agrícolas modernas, como la reutilización de productos orgánicos, que optimiza costos y reduce el impacto ambiental. La propuesta busca implementar un Centro de Innovación y Transferencia Tecnológica Agroindustrial que ofrezca espacios eficientes y funcionales para capacitar en nuevas tecnologías agrícolas y agroindustriales, elevando los estándares a nivel internacional y contribuyendo al desarrollo de Ascope, aprovechando su potencial agrícola y mejorando la competitividad de la región mediante la adopción de tecnologías avanzadas y prácticas sostenibles en la producción agroindustrial.

After analyzing similar sources and projects, a design focused on functionality and flexibility is proposed, benefiting users. The Chicama valley in Ascope, with fertile soils and favorable climate, stands out in the production of sugar cane, representing 54.15% of national production in 2015, even surpassing Brazil. Despite this advantage, the region faces technological and training limitations, resulting in a deficit of qualified labor and a technological gap. This prevents producers from adopting modern agricultural trends, such as the reuse of organic products, which optimizes costs and reduces environmental impact.
