La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre clima social familiar, autoestima y el rendimiento escolar en estudiantes del nivel secundario del 4° y 5° de secundaria de una institución educativa particular. La muestra estuvo conformada por 67 estudiantes, quienes respondieron la escala de clima social en la familia (FES) y el inventario de autoestima de Stanley Coopersmith (SEI) versión escolar, para conocer el rendimiento escolar y se tomó el registro de notas. Los resultados permiten evidenciar que existe una correlación directamente y altamente significativa (p<.01) obtenida mediante el método de Spearman entre el clima social familiar y la autoestima; asimismo se muestra relación directa y altamente significativa (p<.01) entre la dimensión el Clima Social Familiar con el Rendimiento escolar y una correlación altamente significativa (p<.01), directa y de grado medio entre la Autoestima y el rendimiento escolar en los estudiantes del cuarto y quinto grado de educación secundaria de una institución educativa particular. |

The sample consisted of 67 students, who answered the scale of social climate in the family (FES) and the inventory of self-esteem of Stanley Coopersmith (SEI) school version, to know the school performance, the record of notes was taken.
