Está ubicado en el distrito de Huamachuco, en la provincia de Sánchez Carrión, sierra Liberteña. El proyecto contempló el nodo: espacio vinculador, de encuentro y organización, envolventes sostenibles y ventilados en rubros educativos; y, la arquitectura eco amigable en base al lenguaje cultural de la provincia Sánchez Carrión en la edificación educativa. Existe una sobre demanda de 200 plazas en nivel general de preferencia de carreras profesionales, aunque no se tiene el número exacto de la demanda específica del programa profesional de Ing. Civil ni Arquitectura el proyecto cuenta con un estudio de preinversión que justifica totalmente la demanda y la propuesta. Asimismo, la oferta del proyecto evidencia que no hay instituciones que cumplan con los requisitos de infraestructura necesarios, así como las instalaciones que puedan ser categorizados como alternativas de servicio

The proposed archetype is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to offer high academic quality services to the young and adult population as they will make use of it to a large extent. It is located in the district of Huamachuco, in the province of Sánchez Carrión, Sierra Liberteña.
