Los resultados de la investigación han permitido determinar que el nivel en el que se manifiesta el Síndrome de Burnout en los servidores públicos de la Municipalidad Provincial de Contumazá – Cajamarca 2020 es medio. En cuanto a las dimensiones se encuentran en nivel medio son la de agotamiento emocional y despersonalización, la dimensión realización personal se encuentra en nivel bajo.

It is a cross-sectional descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the survey was used as a technique and as an instrument a questionnaire, the same one that was applied to 90 public servants of the Provincial Municipality of Contumazá according to the area of human resources. The results of the investigation have made it possible to determine that the level at which the Burnout Syndrome manifests itself in the public servants of the Provincial Municipality of Contumazá - Cajamarca 2020 is medium.
