Las unidades de estudio fueron sentencias expedidas por el Tribunal Constitucional y colaboradores, estos últimos conformados por cinco expertos. Entre los principales resultados se tiene que la judicialización de la política trastoca el ámbito funcional del poder ejecutivo, transgrede las bases teóricas de la teoría de separación de poderes en el Perú; no obstante, este abordaje se materializa por las omisiones del Estado en la elaboración y ejecución de políticas públicas, las mismas que lesionan el bloque de constitucionalidad.

To this end, a qualitative approach was applied to basic research, using case studies and grounded theory, respectively. The techniques employed were interviews and documentary analysis, and the instruments used were interview forms and documentary analysis. The units of study were rulings issued by the Constitutional Court and its collaborators, the latter comprised of five experts. Among the main findings is that the judicialization of politics disrupts the functional scope of the executive branch and violates the theoretical foundations of the separation of powers theory in Peru.
