description La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal identificar los impactos ambientales durante la ejecución de la rehabilitación del local escolar Santa Victoria, AA.HH. Santa Victoria – Chepén. Para su elaboración se realizó una recopilación bibliográfica y documental con respecto a las metodologías y normativa vigente de los sistemas de gestión ambiental, para poder identificar algunos conceptos desconocidos; posterior a ello, se analizaron cada una de las actividades a ejecutar durante las diferentes etapas del proyecto, donde se logró identificar los efectos ambientales que se generarían en el medio ambiente. Para la identificación de los impactos ambientales producto de las actividades del proyecto, se ha considerado como metodología de identificación de impactos, analizando la matriz se llegó a la conclusión de que, el presente proyecto no genera impacto negativo significativo en la obra y, por otro lado, el proyecto generará impactos positivos significativos con respecto al ambiente económico. Finalmente se elaboró un Plan de manejo ambiental, donde se consideraron medidas propuestas de mitigación, prevención y compensación de los impactos ambientales en las diferentes etapas del proyecto.

Santa Victoria - Chepen. For its elaboration, a bibliographic and documentary compilation was carried out with respect to the methodologies and current regulations of environmental management systems, in order to identify some unknown concepts; After that, each of the activities to be carried out during the different stages of the project were analyzed, where it was possible to identify the environmental effects that would be generated in the environment. For the identification of environmental impacts as a result of project activities, the impact identification methodology has been considered, analyzing the matrix it was concluded that this project does not generate a significant negative impact on the work and, on the other On the other hand, the project will generate significant positive impacts with respect to the economic environment.
