Resultados: Los trabajadores de la salud afectados por trastorno de estrés postraumático representan un 16 % del total de la muestra. El 60 % de ellos estuvo representado por el sexo femenino. El grupo etario más afectado fueron adultos jóvenes entre 25 y 29 años de edad, representando un 78 % de los afectados y de acuerdo al tipo de profesional de la salud, el 86 % lo conformaron el personal médico. Conclusiones: El trastorno de estrés postraumático está presente en 16 por ciento del personal de salud que trabaja en el área Covid del Hospital Regional de Trujillo.
