Los resultados demuestran con respecto a los niveles de hábitos alimenticios, el mayor porcentaje recae en mediamente adecuados con un 84%, mientras que solo el 9% presenta hábitos adecuados y un 7% inadecuados, así mismo en cuanto al nivel de anemia el 63% no presenta anemia, mientras que un 10% tiene anemia leve y un 27% anemia moderada, y por último la frecuencia de anemia en los hábitos alimenticios el 83% de los hábitos alimenticios medianamente adecuados el 77% no presenta anemia, pero un 14% tiene anemia moderada y un 10% tiene anemia leve, los hábitos alimenticios adecuados representan el 9% del total, y todas ellas están libres de anemia, por otro lado los hábitos alimenticios inadecuados , que constituyen el 8% del total, presentan una mayor prevalencia de anemia moderada (73%) y anemia leve (27%). Se concluye que existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre los hábitos alimenticios y la anemia en gestantes atendidas en el centro de salud San Martín en Trujillo-2024 (p < 0.05).
