Además, la muestra seleccionada fue el pavimento flexible de la Av. Los Diamantes, Distrito 26 de octubre, Provincia de Piura, Región Piura, que tiene una longitud de 3 Km. En los resultados se identificó el tipo de fallas y nivel de severidad del pavimento flexible de la Av. Los Diamantes, Distrito 26 de octubre, Piura, 2023. Además, se diseñó la estructura del pavimento flexible en la Av. Los Diamantes, Distrito 26 de octubre, Piura. Se concluyó que, los principales tipos de fallas que presenta la infraestructura vial en estudio fueron: Tipo 4 - abultamientos y hundimientos, tipo 10 - grietas longitudinal y transversal, tipo 12 - pulimiento de agregados y tipo 13 – baches. El nivel de severidad de las fallas fue principalmente moderada y alta, por ende, en general, el índice de condición del pavimiento fluctuó entre 0-10 y 25-40, de ahí que, la condición del pavimento fue muy pobre o fallado. Respecto al diseño que se realizó como propuesta de mejoramiento se determinó que el espesor de la carpeta asfáltica, base granular y subbase es de 2.5”, 4” y 4” respectivamente

The diamonds of the 26 de octubre district, Piura, 2023. Of course, the type of research was applied, the descriptive level and the experimental design were transversal. In addition, the selected sample was the flexible pavement of Av. Los Diamantes, District 26 de octubre, Province of Piura, Piura Region, which has a length of 3 km. In the results, the type of failures and level of severity of the flexible pavement of Av. Los Diamantes, District 26 de octubre, Piura, 2023. In addition, the structure of the flexible pavement was designed on Av. Los Diamantes, District 26 de octubre, Piura. It was concluded that the main types of failures presented by the road infrastructure under study were: Type 4 - bulges and subsidence, type 10 - longitudinal and transverse cracks, type 12 - polishing of aggregates and type 13 - potholes. The severity level of the failures was mainly moderate and high, therefore, in general, the pavement condition index fluctuated between 0-10 and 25-40, hence, the pavement condition was very poor or failed.
