La presente tesis se desarrolla en el distrito de El Porvenir, uno de los 11 distritos que conforman la provincia de Trujillo, perteneciente al departamento de La Libertad, en la costa norte del Perú. El Porvenir está ubicado en la parte alta de ciudad de Trujillo, caracterizado por gran crecimiento poblacional, causando un aumento de viviendas informales, y por ende, un crecimiento urbano desordenado. Presenta diversos problemas, uno de ellos es su infraestructura educativa, pese a que posee numerosas instituciones educativas públicas, no todas cuentan con la infraestructura adecuada para atender a la población estudiantil. Es así que las instituciones educativas de nivel primario y secundario existentes en el Distrito de El Porvenir, presentan insuficientes y deficientes ambientes para el desarrollo de las actividades educativas. Es por ello, que la tesis tiene como objetivo mejorar la infraestructura educativa de la IE N° 80831 FRANCISCO BOLOGNESI, en sus niveles de primaria y secundaria, la cual permitirá una educación de calidad con suficientes ambientes educativos, productivos, tecnológicos y complementarios. Así mismo, esta infraestructura educativa será abierta, es decir, será para el uso de los estudiantes y para la población, permitiendo el uso de sus ambientes fuera del horario escolar y la integración entre el equipamiento educativo y la comunidad. Por esta razón, se realizó un análisis y diagnóstico del estado actual de la infraestructura educativa de la IE N° 80831 Francisco Bolognesi, con la finalidad de conocer las condiciones en que se encuentran los ambientes que posee, para luego identificar las necesidades arquitectónicas pedagógicas que requiere, y así finalmente plantear una infraestructura educativa adecuada como respuesta a este problema |

El Porvenir is located in the upper part of the city of Trujillo, and is characterized by great population growth, which has caused an increase in informal housing and, as a result, disorderly urban growth. This presents various problems, one of which is its educational infrastructure; although it has many public educational institutions, not all them have the adequate infrastructure to serve the student population. Thus, the existing primary and secondary educational institutions in the District of El Porvenir have insufficient and deficient environments for the development of educational activities. That is why this thesis aims to improve the educational infrastructure of IE N ° 80831 FRANCISCO BOLOGNESI, at its primary school and secondary school facilities, which will allow a quality education with enough educational, productive, technological and complementary environments. Likewise, this educational infrastructure will be open, that is, it will be for the use of students and the population, allowing the use of their environments outside of school hours and the integration between the educational equipment and the community.
