Los actores de la comunidad educativa conforme a su rol, son creadores del protagonismo de los niños, cuyo ideal es construir la calidad de la Convivencia Escolar, la interiorización por convicción de las reglas de convivencia y edificación de su autoestima; con cuidadosa observancia de las características evolutivas de los niños en su primera infancia.
