Insecurity is a problem that relates the social, cultural, economic, educational and political aspects of a country. In recent years, insecurity has grown and, with that, the constant demand to the authorities, by society, to work against the spread of this problem. But just enough to complain, but we must be well informed and have known ledge (causes, consequences and possible solutions) of this problem: the phenomenon of insecurity no difference social strata. The insecurity has always been to any country an important and dangerous to consider point, but so far no progress in eradicate in almost nothing, which is why people want to have a physical environment that helps managers the safety of a city to maintain peace and harmony in your area. The project will serve as a means to support the national police to improve security in our in our district Shilcayo specifically in residential willows where in recent months there have been committing sever al malicious acts that disrupt tranquility of the residents of this residential. It is anticipated that there salts of the project will not only benefit people living in residential homes in question but also passers any time of the day passing through these blocks
