Adolescents and youth as a segment pobiacional have a special problem, which however, tefleja the problems of each country. Many times problems are seen as isolated incidents, even subdivided into a set of situations (Rebeidia, drug addiction, fertility) that do not allow the lntegralidad of their lives. Since 1985, international year of youth, public and private in each country, boosted since the Nations United, different initiatives that impacted eh contributing to put the problems and potential of young people as a agenda in plans and programmes. In the perspective of make "visible" the problematic is impulsaroh problems, from the Church and some agencies not Government with special content in leadership, prevention of the abuse of drugs, sports and art popular.
