El principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la asociación entre valores organizacionales y calidad de atención desde la percepción de las usuarias externas que acude al Consultorio Materno Perinatal del "Hospital 11-1 Rioja" en el periodo Octubre a Diciembre 2014. El tipo de estudio Descriptivo correlaciona!, de corte transversal, las atenciones estuvo constituido por todas las usuarias que fueron atendidas en el consultorio externo del Hospital 11 - 1 Rioja, en el periodo Octubre a Diciembre del 2014 y la muestra está conformado por 62 usuarias a quienes se aplicó una encuesta anónima respectivamente. Se concluye que los valores organizacionales y calidad de atención, están asociados.
