El estudio se realizó en la Fábrica de Municiones del Ejército. Busca dar uniformidad a los controles de activo fijo en los órganos de producción, identificar los activos fijos individualmente, registrar información adecuada, determinar las escalas para la acumulación de los gastos de mantenimiento del activo fijo, calcular su depreciación individual y global por los rubros establecidos y normar criterios para dar de alta y baja a un activo fijo. Busca tener una información adecuada, ordenada y precisa para poder adaptarla en un futuro cercano a un control de procesamiento electrónico de datos.
