The skin infections and soft parts represent, then, a heterogeneous group of pathologies that are usually produced by Staphylococcus aureus and by Streptococcus streptococci, in general of the groups A, C and G of Lancefield, appearing those of the group B Mainly in diabetics and in elderly patients. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the treatment scheme of skin and soft tissue infections, of the plastic Surgery Service of the national Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2015. For which information was searched through the PubMed base where the published evidence review was carried out, using the system of recommended grades in clinical guides of the Society of Infectology of America-Public health Service Of the USA. Concluding that the treatment schemes of skin infections and soft parts, the plastic surgery service of the national Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2015 have much resemblance to the schematics posed by the guide of clinical Practice Argentina

En este contexto, la función del Químico Farmacéutico es importante, pues es el profesional que directamente tiene la mas alta relación con los medicamentos, ya que cuenta con conocimientos farmacotécnicos, farmacología, farmacocinética, etc., así como capacidad para dirigir personal. Las infecciones de piel y partes blandas representan, entonces, un grupo heterogéneo de patologías que se producen generalmente por Staphylococcus aureus y por estreptococos betahemolíticos, en general de los grupos A, C y G de Lancefield, apareciendo los del grupo B principalmente en diabéticos y en pacientes adultos mayores. Por lo cual el objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el esquema de tratamiento de infecciones de piel y partes blandas, del servicio de Cirugía Plástica del Hospital Nacional Edgardo Rebagliati Martins 2015. Para lo cual se realizó la búsqueda de información a través de la base PubMed en donde se realizó la revisión de la evidencia publicada, utilizando el sistema de grados de recomendabilidad en Guías Clínicas de la Sociedad de Infectología de América- Servicio de Salud Pública de los EUA.
