Sumario:ABSTRACT The purpose of investigation was determining the influence of the didactic model based at the theory of the significant learning in the improvement of the formation of the telling capacities in the law students of Chachapoyas's National University, 2015. Of whom of aleatory way was worked up with 191 students' universe he took the sample of 76 students' total they integrated the experimental group. As the instruments of initial and final measurement applied the pre-test and the post-test themselves, during the I semester once semester was conformed by the I and the II semester executed twelve learning sessions developed in interactive classes with a total of 48 pedagogic hours themselves. Next of once the model to the students that integrated the experimental group was applied; One comes to an end than the didactic model once the focus of the new school was based on and of pedagogy humanist, you improved the development of the capacities of the telling capacities significantly.
