Descripción
Sumario:The thesis deals with the choice and application of the Mechanization of the conventional Ascendant Cut and Fill method of exploitation in the pit 2590 veta Rosa, nv 2430, Consorcio Minero Horizonte S.A. , which the mining contractor company Conmiciv, has been exploiting its pit in the parcoy unit with a traditional method of conventional cutting and topping up, with mining sections of 3.0 mx 3.0 m, which leads to excessive consumption of wood for its support, causing the operation costs to increase, generating uncertainty in the different stages of the production process. In addition, it is evidenced in terms of the time spent in the support for conventional cuts, of 2 hours with 31 minutes in the installation with wooden frames, generating delays in the following stages of the mining cycle; and a monthly production volume of 1091 tms / month, for these reasons the Company set out to change the method of exploitation by the Mechanized Ascending Cut and Fill that will allow it to increase its production volume at a lower cost and in less time. For this, the quality of the rock mass of the Pink Vein was first determined, using the RMR (Rock Mass Rating) Geotechnical classification criteria of Bieniawski (1989); As a reference, information was collected from the Chungar Mine - Cerro de Pasco for the collection of information about the design, unit operations, auxiliary services and techniques used in the application of the Mechanized Ascending Cut and Fill method. Then, the Mechanized Ascending Filling and Cutting method in Tag 2590 was implemented; The results obtained have been evaluated and compared with the objectives set, generating an increase in the volume of production of 87%, a decrease in the maintenance time by 23%, and the elimination of wood consumption, with these results the Company took the decision to invest in mechanization processes and in the search for new work designs. In conclusion, by applying the Mechanized Ascending Filling and Cut method in the exploitation of the 2590 Pit of the Pink vein, an economic advantage of 22% in operating costs is obtained, in relation to the Conventional Ascending Filling and Cutting Method
