Las diatomeas fueron las más numerosas, con 51 especies siendo el género Chaetoceros el más abundante, seguida de los dinoflagelados con 29 especies siendo Protoperidinium el género más abundante; también se encontró a los silicoflagelados Ebria tripartita y Dictyocha fibula y sus variedades.
