Descripción
Sumario:This thesis entitled: "The fundamental right of access to justice and access barriers in poor urban populations within the city of Trujillo" addresses the issue of the adequacy of the right of access to justice for people living in areas Urban poor. In order to formulate and contrast our hypothesis, that "The right of access to justice for people living in poor urban areas in the city of Trujillo is not properly protected whenever there are problems and barriers that make it impossible to have access to due judicial protection" Has been used in the Theoretical Framework, themes such as access to justice, assumptions to guarantee access to justice, access to justice and due process, principles of due process, due process guarantees, Poor urban communities and judicial tariffs, as well as using the Inductive - Deductive, Comparative, Hermeneutic, Ethnographic method, as well as the use of surveys and interviews with judicial workers. This investigation has concluded that people living in poor urban areas do not see their right to access to justice sufficiently protected, since there are still problems and barriers that make it impossible for them to make full use of their right to resort to judicial procedures
