This research was descriptive and aimed to explain the influence of psychosocial risk factors in employees of the Industrial SAC Company Factory - 2015, leading to the accident. For the study surveys related to psychosocial risk factors and the effects this has resulted in staff applied and the same interview and testimony which gave support and endorsement to that obtained in the surveys is handled. The surveys were designed in an open, why alternatives related to what was intended to identify and / or recognize to substantiate the progress and development of the presence of psychosocial risks provoking collaborators accidents were provided. For a better understanding of the issue the report includes chapters that will take an appropriate order of the themes and developed content. In Chapter I, we present the theoretical framework, where they consider the contribution of different authors on the issue, which provide the necessary support for its effective comprehension. In this chapter the background of similar studies, theoretical, and conceptual and operational definitions of our variables are described. In Chapter II, the problem, which includes the planning and formulation of the problem, hypotheses and objectives are developed. It presents itself, the methodology used in this study including variables, types and research design, population and sample, the instruments used and the procedures followed for the preparation of this study. In Chapter III, the description of the results is done through the presentation of statistics and graphics boards, which allow better exposure of the data found; Discussion of results, which proceeded to compare them with the evidence presented and the various theories raised, allowing verify the existence of relationship between variables under study. The conclusions and recommendations that came completed the process of collecting and processing the data that allowed the execution of the research methodology are presented.
