This research was descriptive and aimed to explain the influence of psychosocial risk factors in employees of the Industrial SAC Company Factory - 2015, leading to the accident. For the study surveys related to psychosocial risk factors and the effects this has resulted in staff applied and the same interview and testimony which gave support and endorsement to that obtained in the surveys is handled.
