Sumario:The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of citizen participation in community management in the AA.HH. Morana Alta of C.P. Talambo, Chepen Province, 2021. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 28 leaders of the AA.HH. Morana Alta of C.P. Talambo, Chepén Province, 2021, with which we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey and the questionnaire instrument; and direct observation and interview techniques. From the results obtained, it can be shown that 64% of the leaders of the AA.HH. Morana Alta of C.P. Talambo from the Province of Chepén stated that sometimes there are spaces for communication in their community, which occur through dialogue, through formal, informal conversations, that sometimes agreements are reached and other times not. Finally, social workers consider that research is a starting point to persuade responsable leaders, residents who must work in concert to put into practice the policy of development, participation and social inclusion to improve their quality of life and motivate level of participation of its population.
