The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the influence of citizen participation in community management in the AA.HH. Morana Alta of C.P. Talambo, Chepen Province, 2021. The type of applied research has been considered, based on an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 28 leaders of the AA.HH. Morana Alta of C.P. Talambo, Chepén Province, 2021, with which we worked applying the methods and techniques of quantitative research: Statistical method and as a technique to the survey and the questionnaire instrument; and direct observation and interview techniques.
