| Sumario: | This research work is aimed at determining marketing strategies to increase sales of wines El Pedregal, today found these products in an optimistic scenario in which has developed a remarkable growth of national consumption. Being necessary the use of these market opportunities to publicize and promote a regional product standards as the market suggests. This was established as a statement: What marketing strategies will boost sales of wines El Pedregal ?. Rise to the hypothesis that the marketing strategies that will increase sales of wine in The Pedregal district Trujillo are integration strategies forward. The sampling technique selected for this research was the non-probability sampling: The expert, apply on 20 restaurants and 10 licorericas city of Trujillo. The technique of data collection was a survey. The participation of these emprearios was vital to the development of this research, where many felt that it is a good product and some of them are interested in incorporating them into its product portfolio. The main results are that most entrepreneurs restaurants sector believe that these products have had a major increase in sales in recent years, also noted as a key factor in purchasing these products wine quality. Employers said they would be very important tasting and anfitrionaje these establacimientos and dinner pairing events for the better promotion of these products in the market. Thanks to your suggestions can rescue important areas for improvement such as product presentation, price reduction and promotion strategies aimed at the cupping of the product with afitrionaje in these establishments and aimed at business dinners pairing of these two important items. |
