Sumario: | This thesis was carried out in order to determine the "influence of the Social responsibility actions on the well-being of the workers of the municipality district of Contumazá - 2014". This has been considered the type of descriptive research, taking as a basis the descriptive design, and sample whole consists of 70 workers, of whom 40 are employed administrative service contract process and 30 employees in a situation of appointment, which applied the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. The results obtained demonstrate that the actions of Social Responsibility Municipal (SRM) that is running the Municipality District of Contumazá contribute significantly with the welfare of the workers because it allows them to improve the following set of factors: physical and mental health, recreation and integration, labour, individual and family, which helps to maintain an adequate quality of life, knowing that the work environment is front and Center for human, strengthening its development both individual - family and social, and the satisfaction of needs, likewise the Municipality District of Contumazá gives the opportunity to its workers influence effectively on your own working environment through its participation in social programs that run the company achieving improved self-esteem, growth and career satisfaction. |
