This thesis was carried out in order to determine the "influence of the Social responsibility actions on the well-being of the workers of the municipality district of Contumazá - 2014". This has been considered the type of descriptive research, taking as a basis the descriptive design, and sample whole consists of 70 workers, of whom 40 are employed administrative service contract process and 30 employees in a situation of appointment, which applied the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research.
