Sumario:The present research study of a descriptive correlational type has the purpose of determining the relationship between the level of Knowledge about COVID-19 with the stress of the mothers treated at the Miguel Grau El Porvenir 2020 Health Post, the sample consisted of 33 mothers Two instruments were applied by telephone: Questionnaire on COVID-19 and questionnaire of perceived stress by Sáenz and Carrillo (2002). The results obtained were 51.1% presented a low level of knowledge, 30.3% high knowledge and 18.2% medium knowledge, 42.4 % presented severe stress, 33.3% mild stress and 24.2% moderate stress, regarding the relationship of the variables in the mild stress level group, 81.8% have a high level of knowledge and 18.2% have a medium level , at the level of moderate stress, 50% have medium knowledge, 37.5% low knowledge, at the level of severe stress, 100% have a low level of knowledge. There is a highly significant relationship p < 0.05 concluding that the greater the knowledge, the less stress of the mothers
