The methods used are descriptive and analytical, based on techniques such as direct observation, interviews or surveys conducted to both administrative and administrative workers. operators and the documentary analysis of the economic and financial information of the company in 2016 and 2017. It is concluded that business management has a positive impact on the economic growth of Claudimar Contratos y Servicios Generales S.A.C. in the year 2017. It is recommended to continue with the analysis of business management, implement a participatory strategic management plan for employees, greater communication between the different areas and the constant application and interpretation of financial analysis.

Esta investigación tiene como población y muestra a la empresa Claudimar Contratos y Servicios Generales SAC en el año 2017. Los métodos empleados son el descriptivo y el analítico, apoyándose de técnicas como la observación directa, las entrevistas o encuestas realizadas a los trabajadores tanto administrativos como operarios y el análisis documental de la información económica y financiera de la empresa en el año 2016 y 2017. Se concluye entonces que la gestión empresarial impacta de manera positiva en el crecimiento económico de la empresa Claudimar Contratos y Servicios Generales S.A.C. en el año 2017.
