The main objective of this research is to determine the impact of business management on the economic growth of Claudimar Contratos y Servicios Generales S.A.C. in the year 2017. This research has as a population and shows the company Claudimar Contracts and General Services SAC in 2017. The methods used are descriptive and analytical, based on techniques such as direct observation, interviews or surveys conducted to both administrative and administrative workers. operators and the documentary analysis of the economic and financial information of the company in 2016 and 2017. It is concluded that business management has a positive impact on the economic growth of Claudimar Contratos y Servicios Generales S.A.C. in the year 2017. It is recommended to continue with the analysis of business management, implement a participatory strategic management plan for employees, greater communication between the different areas and the constant application and interpretation of financial analysis.
