Teh isntruments used were:the Questionnaire to assess the organizational climate and the survey to assess the perception of the quality of care, both prepared by the autor. The results are. 60% of the nurses value the organizational climate as participatory-consultative, 30% as participatory in groups, and 10% consider it an authoritarian-paternalistic organizational climate. Regarding the quality of patient care, 54%of the nurses consider it to be regular and 46% consider it Good. It was found that thereis a highly significant relationship between the variables (p <0.000). |

It was found that thereis a highly significant relationship between the variables (p <0.000).La presente investigación es de tipo descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal, que tuvo como objetivo encontrar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la calidad de cuidado al paciente con covid-19, hospitalizado en un servicio de emergencia. La muestra estuvo constituida por el 100% del personal de enfermería que labora en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: el Cuestionario para valorar el clima organizacional y la Encuesta para valorar la percepción de la calidad de cuidado, ambos elaborados por el autor. Los resultados son: el 60% de las enfermeras valoran el clima organizacional como participativo-consultivo, el 30% como participativo en grupos y el 10% lo considera un clima organizacional autoritario-paternalista. En cuanto a la calidad del cuidado al paciente, el 54% de las enfermeras considera que es regular y el 46% lo considera bueno.
