The present resarch is descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional, which aimed to find the relationship between the organizational climate and the quality of care for patients with covid-19hospitalized in an emergency service. The sample consisted of q00% of the nursing staff workingin the emergency service of the Trujillo Regional Teaching Hospital. Teh isntruments used were:the Questionnaire to assess the organizational climate and the survey to assess the perception of the quality of care, both prepared by the autor. The results are. 60% of the nurses value the organizational climate as participatory-consultative, 30% as participatory in groups, and 10% consider it an authoritarian-paternalistic organizational climate. El estudio de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud hacia la donación de órganos en familiares de pacientes politraumatizados en el Servicio de Emergencia del Hospital Regional Docente de Trujillo, 2018.
