Descripción
Sumario:In this work it he appears in experimental form, the influence that produces the digestion anaerobia in the reduction of biodegradable organic matter of the municipal solid residuals (RSM) of Chimbote to laboratory scale. The experiment begins with the design and dimensionamiento of an experimental bioreactor "batch" of 4 L and a bioreactor of test of 20 L, of laboratory that they operated to 38% of its capacity. In the design they were analyzed and they evaluated the different parameters and contained variables in to the biodegradable organic material of the RSM. Then the organic material of the samples was selected, diluted to a concentration of 8% in weight of total solids to be treated in the bioreactors. In the experimental bioreactor the good proportions for the biodegradation were achieved placing 90% of organic matter and 10% of filtered rumen and an anaerobiosis indicator. The results of this process showed a decrease of the load organic pollutant reported by the biochemical demand of oxygen (DBO5); reducing the biodegradable organic matter in an average of 71.84% of the samples tried to compound simple stabilized. The results also report a bacterial recount, the biogás formation and a source of non conventional energy. With these results you concludes with the idea, of optimizing the process using microorganisms mesófilos with bigger yield of biodegradation of the organic matter and an appropriate control of other variables that influence in the process.
