La muestra estuvo constituida por 26196 registros de niños menores a 12 años de edad. Analizando los resultados, éstos muestran que a nivel del territorio nacional el 61.2% de niños tuvo acceso a información en salud bucal y el 60.7% de los niños han recibido alguna vez atención en un servicio dental o por un odontólogo.
