The sample universe was made up of 28 nurses from the emergency service, the questionnaire "Socio-labor factors and the nurse's knowledge on handling disaster victims in the emergency service was applied to the Nursing Professional, Hospital Belén de Trujillo, where the following results were obtained: Socio-Labor Factors: age obtained 53.6% (31 to 40 years), time of service with 67.9% (more than 10 years) and 71.4% have specialty and 67.9% of the nurses obtained good knowledge. Concluding that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and socio-labor factors on the management of disaster victims of the emergency service of the Hospital Belén de Trujillo.

El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 28 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia, a quienes se les aplicó un instrumento tipo uestionario: Factores sociolaborales y el conocimiento de la enfermera sobre manejo de víctimas de desastre en el servicio de emergencia Hospital Belén de Trujillo, llegando a los siguientes resultados: Los factores sociolaborales: edad obtuvo el 53,6% ( 31 a 40 años ), tiempo de servicio con 67,9% ( más de 10 años) y el 71,4% tienen especialidad y el 67.9% de las enfermeras obtuvieron un conocimiento bueno. La prueba chi cuadrado de la edad con el nivel de conocimiento es de X2=12,936 (p<0,05), tiempo de servicio con el nivel de conocimiento es de X2 = 14,944 (p<0,05) y la especialidad con el nivel de conocimiento es de X2= 16,825(p<0,05).
