The objective of the non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional research study was carried out to determine the Socio-labor Factors and the Nurse's Knowledge on the management of disaster victims, Hospital Belén de Trujillo. The sample universe was made up of 28 nurses from the emergency service, the questionnaire "Socio-labor factors and the nurse's knowledge on handling disaster victims in the emergency service was applied to the Nursing Professional, Hospital Belén de Trujillo, where the following results were obtained: Socio-Labor Factors: age obtained 53.6% (31 to 40 years), time of service with 67.9% (more than 10 years) and 71.4% have specialty and 67.9% of the nurses obtained good knowledge. El objetivo del estudio de investigación fue determinar la relacion entre los factores Sociolaborales y la Calidad del Cuidado de Enfermeria en los Hospitales de Nivel III MINSA Y ESSALUD. Fue una investigación no experimental, descriptivo de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 45 Profesionales de Enfermería, de las cuales 18 eran del Hospital Alta Complejidad Virgen da la Puerta y 27 del Hospital Belén de Trujillo, se aplicó el Instrumento “The Newcastle Satisfaction with Nursing Scales y Factores Sociolaborales; se obtuvo los siguientes resultados: Factores Sociales del Hospital Belén de Trujillo relacionado a la calidad del cuidado, edad obtuvo una relación no significativa de Sperman 0.306>0.05, el genero esta asociado con la calidad del cuidado (p= 0.029 <0.05) resultado obtenido en la prueba de chi-cuadrado.
