Sumario:This work aims to determine how the loyalty of customers favorably influences the positioning of the Issafarma pharmacy in the city of Chepén, where it is suggested as a problem of how customer loyalty influences the improvement of the positioning of the "Issafarma" Pharmacy in the city of Chepén? Applied design research is experimental non-cross, and the methods used were: Inductivo-Deductivo, Hipotetico-Deductivo and Analitico-Sintetico. For the collection of data has been applied a survey to a sample of 81 customers, after analyzing the obtained information and process the results, the research objectives are to achieve satisfactorily and it has confirmed the validity of the hypothesis that establishes that "the loyalty of customers significantly influences improvement of the positioning of the pharmacy Issafarma in the city of Chepén" Finally is have made recommendations relevant, is proposes that the company follow keeping e even improving them good attributes that has and that you allow highlight facing the competition, also is proposes that start to make use of them media of communication, that apply the proposed of actions that is you is presenting and that perform new research.
