Sumario:The present work of investigation was elaborated by the purpose of determining the solution to the raised problem: which is the relation between labor satisfaction and Level of performance of the workers of the Hospital of Support Leoncio Prado-Huamachuco. With the presentation of this work, I confirm the Hypothesis: Leoncio Prado Exists relation between the Labor Satisfaction and Level of performance of the workers of Hospital of Support. For the present research report the design was in use descriptive - court transeccional; the population was shaped by 100 professionals and a sample of 50 professionals that there are employed at the institution between doctors (20 %), nurses (24 %), obstetricians (24 %), pharmaceutical chemists (12 %), administrators (10 %), book-keepers (6 %), economists (4 %). The technology was the survey and as instrument one used the Database of the personnel of Leoncio Prado de Huamachuco's Hospital. Since conclusion decided the level of high place satisfaction generated a high level of performance in the workers of the Hospital Leoncio Prado de Huamachuco, nevertheless a medium or low satisfaction related to a low professional performance
