The present work of investigation was elaborated by the purpose of determining the solution to the raised problem: which is the relation between labor satisfaction and Level of performance of the workers of the Hospital of Support Leoncio Prado-Huamachuco. With the presentation of this work, I confirm the Hypothesis: Leoncio Prado Exists relation between the Labor Satisfaction and Level of performance of the workers of Hospital of Support.
