This research has as its main purpose analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility in the job satisfaction of the partners of the Hypermarket TOTTUS S.A. Pacasmayo, in the period of 2015. It has been considered the type of applied research, on the basis of an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 36 collaborators, with which work by applying the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. The results obtained show us that in the Hypermarket TOTTUS S.A. Pacasmayo, Corporate Social Responsibility through its policy of pay, benefits and inventive, the safety and working conditions influences the job satisfaction of the partners. It is important that we be clear about the importance of corporate social responsibility in the job satisfaction are essential for the partners contribute in the production and productivity of the company. Finally we believe that social responsibility is so important in the success of the long-term business and current that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has become a widely recognized process for the business.
