This research has as its main purpose analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility in the job satisfaction of the partners of the Hypermarket TOTTUS S.A. Pacasmayo, in the period of 2015. It has been considered the type of applied research, on the basis of an explanatory design, and the sample consisted of 36 collaborators, with which work by applying the methods and techniques of quantitative and qualitative research. The results obtained show us that in the Hypermarket TOTTUS S.A. Pacasmayo, Corporate Social Responsibility through its policy of pay, benefits and inventive, the safety and working conditions influences the job satisfaction of the partners.
