Sumario:This research was developed with the aim of establishing strategies for positioning to increase market share the company SAC Space Design and Construction inthe Province of Trujillo, the representative on districts B and C segments and Victor LarcoTrujillo Herrera from which most of the company's customers in relation to improving services and / or construction. For the present studyused a stratifiedsampling tocollect surveys data through. Also used the descriptivedesignand methods inductive- deductive and analytic-synthetic.
