Sumario:This thesis aims to investigate “the Need for Legal Regulation of The Succession Rights Reconstructed Families in El Perú”. This method has been used for scientific research testing a hypothesis whose contrasting has required the study and analysis of the assumptions contained in legal doctrine, judicial decisions, national legislation and compared that deal with institutions such as the Family general concepts , definitions , among others. This finding has led to the most prominent results, currently in our society globally and specifically in Perú we have a new definition of what it is today as the assembled family or reconstituted as the present investigation is called family. Given this social reality, the Constitutional Court in the judgment in Docket No. 09332-2006-PA/TC, which point to the new translation of this classic family is assembled or reconstructed families in Peru, in the challenge filed by the related father (stepfather) representing its cognate daughter ( stepdaughter ) to the naval base by unequal and discriminatory treatment towards her. This research also deals with the analysis of the Institute of reconstituted Families, Institutions of Family, Kinship, nationwide, The Comparative Law Institute of Child Reconstructed results of the chapters covered in this thesis, discussion of results, a legislative proposal to fill the loopholes in the Peruvian Civil Code, conclusions and recommendations
