This thesis aims to investigate “the Need for Legal Regulation of The Succession Rights Reconstructed Families in El Perú”. This method has been used for scientific research testing a hypothesis whose contrasting has required the study and analysis of the assumptions contained in legal doctrine, judicial decisions, national legislation and compared that deal with institutions such as the Family general concepts , definitions , among others. This finding has led to the most prominent results, currently in our society globally and specifically in Perú we have a new definition of what it is today as the assembled family or reconstituted as the present investigation is called family.
