Asimismo, proyecta una oferta de servicios e infraestructura turística ineficiente y los establecimientos hoteleros son precarios. El impulso del turismo en cualquier ciudad puede llegar a brindar mejoras a nivel provincial e interdistrital tales como: agua y desagüe, infraestructura, canalización de ríos, etc. Las cuales son sustentadas en el proyecto de la investigación planteados desde el enfoque científico y a mejorar la realidad de esta zona turística. Así se llegó a formular el presente proyecto titulado arquitectura sostenible aplicada a un hotel para potenciar el turismo del valle de Condebamba – Cajamarca, en el caserío de Iscocucho, el cual tiene como finalidad proyectar un hotel con una arquitectura que aplicará los criterios de la sostenibilidad respetando el paisaje natural lo que beneficiará al sector turístico y a la población como principal objetivo mejorar el déficit ambiental, social y económico.
