Los resultaron obtenidos respecto al somatotipo fue de Ecto – Endomorfo y en relación al consumo energético y de macronutrientes fue de 114.1%, de proteínas 96.8%, de hidratos de carbono 118.6% y de grasas 116.6%. En conclusión, se halló que no existe una relación significativa entre el perfil somatotípico de los futbolistas y la ingesta de macronutrientes. Sin embargo, existe una correlación negativa entre el nivel endomórfico y el consumo de proteínas (p=0,015, rho=-0,562).

The sample was 18 adolescents. The method to identify the somatotype was height, weight, skin folds, diameters, and for macronutrient intake, the frequency of food consumption and the 24-hour recall were used. The results obtained regarding the somatotype were Ecto – Endomorph and in relation to energy and macronutrient consumption it was 114.1%, proteins 96.8%, carbohydrates 118.6% and fats 116.6%. In conclusion, it was found that there is no significant relationship between the somatotypic profile of soccer players and macronutrient intake.
