Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo y desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa N° 22295 de Ica

El desempeño docente es una de las preocupaciones del sistema educativo de un país. Por ello es que se debe procurar dotarlos de una formación sólida. Se debe hacer lo necesario, por tanto, para que su desempeño sea de alto nivel. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad del Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo con el nivel de desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa mencionada. El enfoque utilizado es el cuantitativo pues permite tomar decisiones para lograr los objetivos. El tipo de investigación es básico, transversal, correlacional, retrospectiva, se empleó el diseño no experimental. La muestra la integraron 44 docentes seleccionados de manera intencional y por conveniencia. Las técnicas que se emplearon fueron la encuesta y el fichaje, mientras que los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de encuesta y las fichas de investigación. Los resultados indican que en la variable acompañamiento pedagógico directivo el 95,45% (42 docentes) se ha ubicado entre las categorías Regular y Alto. Similarmente, en la variable desempeño docente 43 docentes (97,73%) se han ubicado dichas categorías. La conclusión fue que la relación entre la calidad del Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo con el nivel de desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa, es directa y alta. Así lo evidencia el coeficiente de correlación que indica que su valor 0.8084277 y la significatividad lo da el p-valor 0.0000118, además, le diagrama de dispersión de datos muestra que estos se encuentran rodeando a la línea de tendencia. ----- Teacher performance is one of the concerns of a country's education system. For this reason, efforts should be made to provide them with a solid formation. Therefore, what is necessary must be done so that their performance is of a high level. The objective of this investigation is to determine the relationship that exists between the quality of the directive pedagogical accompaniment with the level of teaching performance in the mentioned Educational Institution. The approach used is quantitative because it allows decisions to be made to achieve the objectives. The type of research is basic, cross-sectional, correlational, retrospective, the non-experimental design was used. The sample was integrated by 44 teachers selected intentionally and for convenience. The techniques that were used were the survey and the filing, while the instruments were the survey questionnaire and the research sheets. The results indicate that in the managerial pedagogical accompaniment variable, 95.45% (42 teachers) have been located between the Regular and High categories. Similarly, in the teacher performance variable, 43 teachers (97.73%) have located said categories. The conclusion was that the relationship between the quality of the directive pedagogical accompaniment with the level of teaching performance in the Educational Institution, is direct and high. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient that indicates that its value is 0.8084277 and the significance is given by the p-value 0.0000118, in addition, the data dispersion diagram shows that these are surrounding the trend line.
