La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la revitalización Urbana para mejora el conjunto Habitacional de la margen izquierda del Río Ica desde el puente Grau hasta el puente Cutervo, siendo una investigación descriptiva, el área de intervención comprende el polígono que se encuentra en la esquina de la Calle Peruanidad con la Av. Acomayo y la margen izquierda del río Ica, cuenta con un área de 7183.01m2, se ha seleccionado el espacio, para poder realizar una Revitalización Urbana, que es la transformación de un sitio deteriorado, olvidado e inseguro, se proyecte a un espacio de integración, una mejor articulación con la ciudad y río, para así devolver la identidad de su espacio natural entre río Ica – ciudad y hombre e implementación de una infraestructura arquitectónica – urbana. El diseñar un proyecto urbano - arquitectónico para la creación del “Revitalización Urbana y Conjunto Habitacional de la margen izquierda del río Ica desde el puente Grau hasta el puente Cutervo”, para lo cual se ocupó un área de 7183.01m2, el terreno se encuentra en la intersección de la calle Peruanidad y Av. Acomayo, mejorando su condición de habitabilidad y desarrollando un Master Plan de la zona de intervención en el marco de la reducción del riesgo de desastre, para devolver su identidad como espacio natural al río a través de la Revitalización Urbana y así generar un espacio público seguro y una ciudad sostenible. ----- The present investigation had as objective to determine the Urban revitalization to improve the Housing complex of the left margin of the Ica River from the Grau bridge to the Cutervo bridge, being a descriptive investigation, the area of intervention includes the polygon that is in the corner of the Peruanidad Street with the Acomayo Avenue and the left margin of the Ica River, it has an area of 7183. 01m2, the space has been selected in order to carry out an Urban Revitalization, which is the transformation of a deteriorated, forgotten and unsafe site, to be projected to a space of integration, a better articulation with the city and river, in order to return the identity of its natural space between Ica River - city and man and implementation of an architectural - urban infrastructure. The design of an urban-architectural project for the creation of the "Urban Revitalization and Housing Complex on the left bank of the Ica River from the Grau Bridge to the Cutervo Bridge", for which an area of 7183.01m2 was occupied, the land is located at the intersection of Peruanidad Street and Av. Acomayo, improving its habitability condition and developing a Master Plan for the intervention area within the framework of disaster risk reduction, to return its identity as a natural space to the river through Urban Revitalization and thus generate a safe public space and a sustainable city.
