Al realizar la investigación denominada “La maternidad subrogada y el derecho a la identidad del concebido en el Perú, año 2022”, demuestra la relación entre las variables establecidas para realizar la presente. Para el levantamiento de datos, información se tomó en cuenta la técnica de la encuesta y a los instrumentos: Cuestionario sobre Maternidad Subrogada; Cuestionario sobre Derecho a la identidad del concebido. De los resultados obtenidos se deduce que entre la maternidad subrogada y la identidad del concebido existe una relación muy estrecha; entre lo dispuesto en el artículo 4 de la Constitución Política de 1993 y el derecho fundamental a la identidad del concebido en el Perú existe una relación muy importante. ----- The research called "Surrogate Motherhood and the Right to the Identity of the Conceived Child in Peru, year 2022" shows the relationship between the variables established to carry out this research. For the collection of data, information was taken into account the Survey Technique and the instruments: Questionnaire on Surrogate Motherhood; Questionnaire on the Right to the identity of the conceived. From the results obtained it can be deduced that there is a very close relationship between surrogacy and the identity of the conceived child; between the provisions of Article 4 of the Political Constitution of 1993 and the fundamental right to the identity of the conceived child in Peru there is a very important relationship.
