Estilos de apego y dependencia emocional en estudiantes de psicología de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga”

Esta investigación tiene el principal objetivo de determinar la relación entre los estilos de apego y la dependencia emocional de los estudiantes de la Facultad de Psicología de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga”, en el año 2022. En donde, la muestra se conformó por 68 jóvenes universitarios hombres y mujeres, de los 18 y 29 años. La investigación es del tipo no experimental y de diseño descriptivo-correlacional. Los instrumentos usados para la respectiva medición de las variables, fueron el Cuestionario de Modelos Internos de Apego Versión Reducida y el Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional, obteniendo como resultados que, el 35.3% de los evaluados presenta un inadecuado estilo de apego y el 14.7% presenta una alta presencia de dependencia emocional. Se identificó una relación estadísticamente muy significativa (p<0.01) entre las variables de estudio y, la existe de un nivel correlacional negativo inverso alto (Rho de Spearman, -0.655). Se recomienda, además, a los futuros investigadores, poder ahondar en el estudio de estas variables. ----- This research has the main objective of determining the relationship between attachment disorder styles and emotional dependence of the students of the Faculty of Psychology of the National University “San Luis Gonzaga”, in the year 2022. Where, the sample was made up of 68 university students of both sexes, between 18 and 29 years old. This research is of a non-experimental type and a descriptive-correlational design. The instrument used for the respective measurement of the variables were the Short-Questionnaire Version Internal Attachment Models and the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire, obtaining as results that 35.5% of those evaluated presented an inadequate attachment style an 14.7% presented a high presence of emotional dependence. A statistically significant relationship was identified (p<0.01) was identified between the study variables and there is a high inverse negative correlation level (Spearman, -0.655). It is also recommended that future researchers Delve into the study of these variables.
